Terms of Service

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract bulk data outside the documented API limits.
• Use the service for any unlawful activity.
• Resell access or expose API keys publicly (e.g., in a public repository).
• Run sustained automated load above your plan's rate limits.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We offer pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase.

You retain all rights to the strategies and content you create. We retain all rights to the EdgeFinder platform, codebase, indicators, and documentation. Limited usage license under these terms.

Historical market data is provided as-is from third parties. We do our best to ensure quality but make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Backtest results are simulations based on historical data and do not guarantee any future performance.

EdgeFinder is a software platform. We do not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or brokerage services. Nothing on the platform should be construed as a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Consult a licensed advisor for personal investment decisions.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to your account contact at least 30 days before they take effect.
