Privacy Policy

Account information you provide (name, email, billing address), usage data while you operate the product (strategies created, backtests run, indicators referenced), and standard server logs (IP, browser, request path).

To operate the product, provide support, send transactional emails (receipts, security notifications, important product changes), measure aggregate usage to improve features, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, do not run third-party ad networks on the product, and do not share individual usage patterns with anyone outside our processors.

We use a limited set of vetted vendors for hosting (Vercel), payments (Stripe), email (Postmark), and analytics (Plausible - anonymized, no cookies). Each has a current data processing agreement.

You can export, correct, or delete your account data at any time from Settings. EU/UK users have full GDPR rights; CA users have full CCPA rights. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

We use one strictly-necessary session cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to a small number of engineers and audited monthly.
